Here at the farm we follow a healthy and holistic lifestyle, making a conscious choice to take care over what we grow, rear and prepare as our food. We believe that following a healthy diet and taking care of our general wellness leads us to have healthier bodies and minds. As our guests we welcome you the opportunity to sample this lifestyle for yourselves.
As far as possible we use our home grown, organic natural produce. This can be in the form of fruit or vegetable juices, sprouting, wheatgrass, herbal tea and a range of spelt baking products. We do our utmost to follow best practice in the growing and preparation of our food and drink.
We introduce this holistic approach to everything that we do. We influence traditional foods and beverages with this lifestyle choice. If its your choice we are delighted to share this experience with you.

Don't worry, the classic, traditional Irish breakfast is alive and well! We introduce the freshest organic produce into all of our cooking. Free range Hen or Duck eggs, home produced rashers, sausages and breakfast puddings and organically grown vegetables find there way from our back garden to your plate.
Our own livestock are ethically reared and our sausages, rashers and black pudding are all produced using our own recipes. Our free range eggs are collected each morning. Why not hand select you own free range egg and let us prepare it for you just the way you like it - fried, poached, scrambled or simply boiled. And how about some home baked bread or scones to accompany your most important meal of the day!

You may like to venture away from the hearty "Full Irish" breakfast and choose a more European start to your day. Organically produced and homemade bread, pastries and rolls, a selection of cereals, organic yoghurts and freshly squeezed juices and smoothies feature in our Continental option.
We will be delighted to put together a healthy pack lunch for when you are out and about during the day. We also have a selection of cakes, breads, preserves, chutneys and juices available for purchase.
